Slow, precise work for hips, spine and shoulders

Slow, precise work for hips, spine and shoulders

About this class

About this class

Think of it as maintenance for a body that sits too much. Slow, deliberate work on hips, spine and shoulders — the places where desks leave their mark. You’ll leave taller than you came in.

No flexibility required. Sofia, a licensed physiotherapist, guides every position with options, so stiff beginners and bendy regulars work side by side.

How a class goes

A joint-by-joint warm-up, then controlled ranges of motion for the spine, hips and shoulders, finishing with strength at end range — the part that makes flexibility actually stick. Every movement is small, precise and easy to repeat at home.

Good to know

  • 50 minutes, groups of up to 10

  • No experience or flexibility needed

  • Mats and props are in the studio

  • Ask for a take-home routine — five minutes a day changes a lot

Sit for a living?

Laptop hips and phone neck are the usual suspects. One class a week makes a noticeable difference within a month — and it makes everything else, from Pilates to Strength, feel easier.
