Contact form: your name, email, what you’re interested in and your message.
Phone, email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to share when you get in touch.
Bookings: classes are booked through our booking provider, which processes your booking details under its own privacy policy. We see your name, contact details and booking history.
Website usage: if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous statistics about pages visited, device type and approximate location (country or city).
We don’t ask for health information on this website. If you tell a teacher about an injury, we use it only to adapt your class.
Why we use it
To answer your questions and arrange your first class (steps you ask us to take before becoming a member).
To run your bookings and membership (performance of our agreement with you).
To understand how the website is used and improve it (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Messages from the contact form: up to 12 months after our last conversation. Membership and booking records: for as long as you’re a member, and afterwards as long as Portuguese accounting and tax law requires. Analytics data: up to 14 months.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the studio: our website host, our booking provider, our email provider and, if you accept them, analytics and Google Maps. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; when they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to hello@sporten.studio and we’ll reply within 30 days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).
