Booking a class
Book through our booking system on the website. Your spot is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Groups are small — never more than 10 people — so booking ahead is the only way to be sure of a place.
Your first class
Your first class at Sporten is free — one trial per person. Come 10 minutes early so your teacher can show you around and ask about any injuries.
Cancelling
Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the class starts.
Late cancellation or no-show: the class counts as used from your pack or membership.
Unlimited members: after three late cancellations or no-shows in a month, online booking pauses for 7 days.
Cancel in the booking system, or message us if something goes wrong.
Waitlist
If a class is full, join the waitlist. When a spot opens, you’re booked automatically and we’ll let you know. You can drop out without penalty up to 2 hours before the class.
Arriving late
Doors close 5 minutes after the class starts — the warm-up matters, and late arrivals interrupt the group. If you’re running late, message us and we’ll let you know whether you can still join.
If we cancel or change a class
If we have to cancel a class, you’ll get a message and the class goes back to your account. Park classes move into the studio when the weather turns, and we’ll message you if that happens.
Packs and memberships
Class packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Memberships renew monthly. To cancel, give us 30 days’ notice.
You can pause your membership for up to one month a year for travel or injury.
Packs and memberships are personal and can’t be transferred. Payments are non-refundable, except for medical reasons confirmed by a doctor’s note. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Health and safety
Tell your teacher before class about injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy or any health condition. If you’re not sure whether a class is right for you, check with your doctor first. Listen to your body and take the easier option whenever you need it — that’s always allowed.
Age
Classes are for people aged 16 and over. Under-18s need written consent from a parent or guardian.
